In response to recent changes in our industry regarding buyer agent commissions, We are excited to offer an exclusive 1% buyer’s fee structure, designed to provide you with personalized, full-service representation at an exceptional value. This fee covers the following services:

  • Buyer Consultation: We’ll discuss your goals, dreams, visions, needs, questions, and limitations to make sure you are entering the real estate buying process with clear and established expectations.

  • Comprehensive Property Search: We will help to identify properties that meet your specific needs, preferences, and budget.

  • Guided Property Tours: We will schedule and accompany you on property tours to answer questions and help assess each property’s potential.

  • Market Analysis: We will provide you with a detailed market analysis to ensure you’re making an informed decision.

  • Price & Credit Negotiation: Using my years of experience, We will work on your behalf to secure the best possible deal and navigate any credit concerns.

  • Inspection Scheduling & Attendance: We will recommend and help schedule property inspections and attend them with you to ensure nothing is overlooked.

  • Repair Negotiations: We will assist with identifying, recommending, and negotiating necessary repairs or credits with the seller, protecting your investment.

The buyer’s fee for this expert level of service is just 1% of the purchase price, with a minimum fee of $5,000. This ensures that you receive the highest level of support, attention, and expertise throughout the transaction, without compromising on quality or service. This fee will be negotiated as a seller-covered concession in the offer process of a real estate purchase, which can save buyer’s even more, and provide your offer additional leverage versus competing offers on a property.

Program Limitations

Please note, this program is not available to clients who have been connected through online search companies or referral networks that charge additional fees for client referrals. These referral fees will limit our ability to offer this reduced fee structure, as our focus is always on delivering the best possible value without external limitations. This program does not limit the broker’s ability and opportunity to negotiate a higher commission with the listing broker or seller of any property. Per state and national regulations, buyers will be required to sign a buyer representation agreement prior to touring any properties.
